  How many days in advance do I need to make my reservation?
It is best if you reserve as soon as you have your flight information, but in general
48 hours for online reservations, or 24 hours via telephone are sufficient time to
process your reservation.

  Do I need a credit card to hold my reservation?
For your convenience we do not require a credit card to hold most reservations.

  Do I need to call to confirm my reservation before my departure?
No, it is not necessary. Please do call us immediately if you reserved online and did not receive your confirmation email or if you wish to make any changes to your original reservation.

  Is there any fees if I decide to cancel my reservation?
Yes, cancellation fees will apply if your reservation is not cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellation fees are as follows:
50% of your total round trip reservation, 100% of your one way reservation,and 35% of all other reservations. No shows will be charged at the same percentage rate.

  What should I do if I miss my flight or connecting flight?
Just give us a call and let us know which flight you will be getting. Your driver will be
screening your original flight, so please contact us as soon as possible with the new
information. A $50.00 rescheduling fee may apply.

  How will I find my driver?
After landing in Orlando International Airport, just follow the directions to the baggage claim
area. Your driver will "Meet and Greet" you there and he will have your name on a sign. If for any reason you don't find your driver please call us at 1-888-GO-TO-WDW (468-6939).
We will locate your driver and send him over to you.

  Will the driver be there if my flight is late?
Yes. A flight tracking system is used to monitor your flight status; therefore we will
know exactly when you will arrive. There will be no late or early pick-up fees no matter what time you arrive.
Please remember to inform us of any changes in your flight arrangements since we will be
tracking the original flight you have provided us. If you have a connecting flight, please provide us with that number. If for any reason you do not find your driver, please call us at 1-888-GO-TO-WDW (468-6939).
We will locate your driver and send him over to you.

  How can I pay for your services?
Payments are made in full to your driver as soon as you arrive at your destination. If you
wish to pay in advance, please Contact us. For your safety prepayments are not accepted
online. Some reservations must be prepaid.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, traveler's checks, and cash are accepted.

  Do I need to reserve my free 30 minutes grocery stop?
Yes, please do not forget to select this option on your reservation. Sometimes we work on a
tight schedule; therefore this information is vital to us. If you need more than 30 minutes
please don't forget to indicate it in your reservation, this way we can organize our driver's
schedule appropriately. We'll charge an extra $10.00(Sedan/Van), $15.00(Escalade),and $17.50(Limousine) per every 15 minutes overtime.

  What if we decide to stop for groceries on the way to our resort, but didn't
reserve it?

Just ask your driver if he has another appointment soon. If not, he will gladly stop for you.
Bear in mind, sometimes we work on a tight schedule and your driver might not be able to
stop for you.

  Why do you offer a free call?
We found many of our clients had a friend or family member waiting for news, or maybe
someone in town they might want to let know they have arrived. With that in mind,
Quicksilver offers you this extra service. Just ask your driver and he will provide you with a
cellular phone. Please do not exceed the 10 minute free local or long distance call, and the 5
minutes free international call.
This service is only available for airport round trips.
  Is Quicksilver really cheaper than taxis?
Yes. Round trips to most Disney resorts with a taxi range between $120.00 and $135.00.
Note that taxis will charge extra for stops and "caught in traffic" time. Our round trip rate
with a Towncar to most Disney Resorts is $115.00 with all extra services included.

  Does your company offer shuttle service?
We do not. But remember round trips to Disney World with a shuttle are $ 29.00 per adult and $ 21.00 per child (between 4 and 11 years old). It will only be cheaper with a shuttle service if you have less than 3 adults in your party. But keep in mind, shuttles can take you up to 2 hours to reach your destination and they will not provide you with any other services other than driving you there.

  We'll be staying at a Disney World resort and we have day passes for Universal Studios and Sea World. Do you also offer transfers to those places?
We certainly do. We also offer transportation to all Florida's destinations. Just check our
rates or, if you did not find your destination on our site, contact us and we will provide
you with a quote.

  Are tips included in your price?
No, our rates do not include gratuity to the drivers. A 20% gratuity will be added to all limousine transfers, international arrivals, and out of town transfers.

  Do I need to call to confirm my return trip while in Orlando?
No, it will not be necessary. As soon as you reach your destination your driver will confirm
all the information for your return trip. If there are any discrepancies, or changes to be made, in your return information please call us as soon as possible and we will correct them for you.

  How long before my flight departure should I be picked-up?
Your pick-up time will be scheduled 2 1/2 hours prior to your departure flight. Your driver
will confirm this information as soon as you reach your destination; please make sure the return pick-up time matches the one on your confirmation. If you wish to be
picked-up at a different time please call us as soon as possible and it will be changed if new time is available.
